Good location if you prefer the quieter side of Jomtien Beach. Hotel is in a little side street, parking across the street. Make sure to book a room with sea view on the floor 4 or higher. Room was really nice with an industrial chic touch, lovely details and cozy lighting option. Breakfast with several options and different warm food every day. Family-run lothes cleaning shop next door. Perfect next day service at very reasonable price, delivered to reception. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a small street, Soy12, which leds directly to the beach. Cloase enough for a two minute walk and far enough so that you're not troubled by the noise of holiday makers. It also gives you time to get the sand out of your shoes (etc!) The hotel itself looks like one of those boutique hotels that feature in TV holiday programmes. The outside has some cool design features - a 'hanging' pool for instance - and inside, the (false)industrial design look is very well done. In my room, which was well large enough, there was some quite inspired artwork on the wall. If you're in room 204 you can see for yourself - I can't describe it - but it was good. The breakfast was also very good! It was cooked fresh every morning and if you want anything - the team will try and do it for you. Finally - and this is the real clincher - for a hotel that looks like this, the price was a bargain.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. We stayed for two nights and found the room to be very comfortable, with tasteful decor that added a cozy touch. We especially appreciated thoughtful details like the in-room safe and the beach bag provided for guests. The hotel had a charming boutique feel that made the stay even more enjoyable.

Nice location and friendly staff. Close to the beach in a quiet soi of mostly family recidenses. The room where nice and liked the concept of each floor interiors created to different Thai Provinces. Made the rooms different and had more personality in my opinion. Got a little gift basket on check in that was nice and got early check in when I arrived an hour early. Did not try the breakfast option but the setup looked nice. The WIFI was very nice up&down checked and Approx 290.

I should have booked here first. I originally booked an airbnb that presented itself as a clean, location was good, and you know have a working air conditioner, but at that location I found the air conditioner did not work the room was hot and dirty so we were miserable there and I had to find another place to stay so I found the Seacrest hotel. The Seacrest hotel was at a very decent location, not far from the beach, walking distance to the baht buses. Everything was close enough to where you could go wherever you wanted to go. Baht bus to Walking street Pattaya or Central Pattaya.

The room was cool and really clean! Cleaning staff was really fast and good. The free breakfast buffet was a nice addition! The hotel is very close to the beach.

Bedrooms tastfully decorated. Helpful staff,, nice breakdast; quite swimming pool. Off the main road, but still close to beach, bars and night market.

Great location just past the busy end of the beach but 2 min walk to front and bhat bus route. Quiet Soi, laundry next door, spacious rooms with high quality finish, hot shower, pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
